Become a member to support the goals and activities of Grand Street Democrats!
Membership is for two years, renewing on October 1 in each odd year.
Any person 18 years of age or older who subscribes to and desires to further the purposes of Grand Street Democrats can become a member.
Student members between the ages of 11 and 18 can also join our Youth Committee for just the cost of a t-shirt. Email hello@grandstreetdems.nyc for more information.
Members can receive voting privileges for club business if they meet the following conditions:
- are a registered Democrat;
- have been a member for at least 90 days;
- have completed a participation requirement as defined by the Executive Committee; and
- do not vote in another Democratic club.
Membership dues are used to support club activities, including community organizing for endorsed candidates and issues; printing material to promote GSD events; food and drink for GSD meetings; and other appropriate expenses. GSD is run by volunteers. Thank you for supporting your local Democratic club!
